SAB soars to the sky with all its stars as it celebrates Makar Sankranti

SAB TV - India’s leading Hindi family comedy entertainment channel today celebrated ‘Makar Sankranti’ with a big bang at the Country Club in Andheri. Bringing together the entire cast of all shows on SAB, the colorful festival was celebrated with a lot of energy and excitement. Fun and craziness was truly at its best with the presence of Dilip Joshi, Disha Vakani, Baba Saigal, Abhishek Avasthi, Muskan Mehani, Vandana Pathak and Bharthi Achrekar all in their characters.

Flying kites was not the only agenda of the day with the SAB stars proving to one and all that after all, ‘Asli Mazaa SAB ke saath aata hai’. With competitions on who made the best til - ladoos to being the strongest kite flier, SAB ensured sheer fun and laughter with its entire cast.

Splashing the big blue sky with the vibrant colors of the kites and with the aroma of freshly made til – ladoos in the air, laughter was at its best with all the stars enjoying the spirit of the day. Speaking on the occasion, Anooj Kapoor – Business Head, SAB said, “Everyday, SAB brings laughter to all its viewers at home. Today, the content makers got a chance to have some fun of their own. It was a great idea to celebrate the festival of kites with all the stars together. As for our programming, SAB is becoming more and more popular with the viewers. Our prime time shows like ‘Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah’ and ‘Jugni Chali Jalandhar’ are truly doing wonders for the channel.”
